Tiny Tours: Springtime Planting

Tiny Tours are a once-a-month program for children ages 3-5 who have not entered school. The tour focuses on an interactive and a hands-on activities based on Lawrence history. Tour activities include story time, videos, time in the galleries, handling artifacts, arts, crafts, and games. Children must be accompanied by an adult during Tiny Tours. There is no cost for these activities, but donations are appreciated.
This month’s lesson will focus on springtime planting and will explore farm tools such as plows and pitchforks. Students will end the lesson planting flowers to take home!
