The Life & Legacy of Glenn Kappelman
In this episode, Natalie and Joel talk about the extraordinary life of Glenn Kappelman, a WWII veteran who had a tremendous impact on the growth and development of Lawrence, Kansas. Although Kappelman is best known for his civic service and supports of organizations such as the Women’s Transitional Care Facility (today known as the Willow Domestic Violence Center) he also is known for his collection of photographs he took while serving in Europe during WWII.
